We have a no-return and no-refund policy once a product is sold, we offer exchanges for a different size under the following conditions:

• Orders can be exchanged for the same or higher value.
• To request an exchange, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your product.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels and tags intact to be eligible for exchange.

Once you place your order, a confirmation popup will appear on your screen. You will also receive an email with all the details of your order, including your order number and invoice. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, you can change your shipping address, but only before the order has been shipped. To request a change, you must email us from the official email ID used for the purchase. Please include your invoice number and the new shipping address in the email. Once we receive your request, we will confirm whether the change is possible and update you accordingly.
